Getting Started

How do I register on the platform?
Click "Start Free" or "Sign In". You can register with your email and password, or use Google Login for faster access. You will receive a verification email to activate your account.
What will the app ask me after registering?
When logging in for the first time, the app will ask you to choose your country to configure the correct currency (Soles, Pesos, etc.). This ensures all your statistics and reports are in your local currency.
What is a Workspace?
A Workspace is an independent space to organize your bets. For example, you can have a workspace for "Football", another for "Tennis" and another for "NBA". Each one has its own bankroll and separate statistics.
How do I start my first session?
Once inside your workspace, you must start a daily session by entering your initial bankroll (available capital). You can only have one session per day in each workspace. The app will ask for this information automatically.
How do I record my first bet?
With the session open, click "New Bet". You only need to enter: Stake (how much you bet) and Odds. The app will automatically calculate the potential win and update your statistics.

Bet Management

How do I resolve a won or lost bet?
In the bet list, each pending bet has "Won" and "Lost" buttons. When clicked, the app will automatically calculate the result and update your bankroll, ROI and Win Rate.
What is Cashout and how does it work?
Cashout is when you withdraw your bet before the final result. Click the cashout button on the bet, enter the amount you recovered, and the app will record the operation as completed with that result.
Can I edit or delete a bet after recording it?
Bets cannot be edited or deleted once recorded to maintain the integrity of your statistics. If you made an error recording a bet, you can void it and create a new one with the correct data.
Can I close the session if I have pending bets?
No. To close a session, all bets must be resolved (won, lost, voided or cashed out). The app will tell you how many pending bets you have before allowing the close.

Statistics and Reports

What is ROI and how is it calculated?
ROI (Return on Investment) is your profitability. It is calculated as: (Net Profit / Capital Invested) × 100. For example, if you bet $100 and won $115, your ROI is 15%. It is the main metric to know if you are really making money.
What is Win Rate?
Win Rate is your hit percentage. If you won 6 out of 10 bets, your Win Rate is 60%. A high Win Rate does not always mean profitability, it also depends on the odds and stake.
How to interpret dashboard charts?
The dashboard shows the evolution of your bankroll over time. You can filter by periods (daily, weekly, monthly) and see trends. Upward lines indicate profitability, downward lines losses.
Can I export my reports?
On the Premium plan you can export your session as an image to share on social networks, and also export reports to Excel with all your statistics and bet summary.

Subscription and Payments

What is the difference between the Free and Premium plan?
Free Plan: 30 bets/month, 1 workspace, complete statistics and charts. Premium Plan: Unlimited bets, unlimited workspaces, export session as image, export reports to Excel, priority support.
How do I upgrade to Premium?
Go to Settings → Subscription and select the Premium plan. Payments are processed with Mercado Pago securely. We accept credit cards, debit cards and other local methods.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel whenever you want from Settings → Subscription. When canceling, you will maintain Premium access until the end of the paid period, then automatically switch to the free plan.
Are there refunds?
We do not offer refunds. That is why we have the free plan: you can try the app without commitment and experience all the basic features to verify if it is the right tool for you before upgrading to Premium.

Account and Security

How do I change my password?
Go to Settings → Security. There you can update your password by entering the current one and the new one. You will receive an email confirming the change.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use enterprise-level encryption. Your data is stored on secure servers and we never share your personal information with third parties.
How do I delete my account?
In Settings → Account there is an option to permanently delete your account. IMPORTANT: This action is irreversible and will delete all your data, bets and statistics. You will not be able to recover any information after deleting your account.
Can I access from multiple devices?
Yes, your account syncs automatically. You can log in from your computer, tablet or mobile and see the same information updated in real time.
